After getting quotes from several roofing companies, choosing Fortified Roofing was the best decision I made. Matt was incredibly patient and was the only contractor who actually took the time to do a thorough, honest inspection of both my roof and the inside of my attic to understand my specific needs. The pricing was very fair for the high level of detail provided. My house in Freehold, NJ is not an easy job—it features high gable roofs, very steep angles, and a daunting 30-foot drop on one side. The Fortified Roofing crew handled the steep pitch like absolute professionals. During the tear-off, they uncovered 6 rotted boards hidden by old water damage, which they quickly and properly replaced. They didn't just slap new material on; they actually added a new ventilation feature to allow the attic to breathe properly, and installed premium GAF shingles that look fantastic. The crew was hardworking, respectful, and their cleanup was spotless. The whole experience with Fortified Roofing was professional and courteous. The initial appointment/inspection was comprehensive and straight forward. There were no gray areas in the contract. We received notice three days before the work started and when the dumpster would arrive, giving us a reasonable time to let the neighbors know about the work. The crew worked from early morning to early evening. The laid tarp on all the property debri would be expected, including areas of our neighbors' property that might possibly be affected. When they finished the clean up was thorough. Then removed all of the debri, raked the property, use the blowers to clean the sidewalk on the property and cleaned the back deck off. We highly recommended Fortified Roofing!!

Roofing Specialist Drew Schmidt’s presentation provided a detailed, transparent estimate and outlined the materials that were going to be used. All of the work that would be performed was clearly spelled out in both the presentation and the estimate. Drew followed up with documentation fully explaining the roofing materials that would be used and a video outlining the exact installation process. Fortified Roofing’s office representative Joy was extremely helpful from out first contact through concluding the process. The crew did a great installing the roof.
