The whole experience with Fortified Roofing was professional and courteous. The initial appointment/inspection was comprehensive and straight forward. There were no gray areas in the contract. We received notice three days before the work started and when the dumpster would arrive, giving us a reasonable time to let the neighbors know about the work. The crew worked from early morning to early evening. The laid tarp on all the property debri would be expected, including areas of our neighbors' property that might possibly be affected. When they finished the clean up was thorough. Then removed all of the debri, raked the property, use the blowers to clean the sidewalk on the property and cleaned the back deck off. The new roof is beautiful...My entire experience with Fortified Roofing was flawless. From the sales visit to the actual day of install was worriless. The team arrived as promised at 7 a.m. and worked tirelessly the entire day. My roof was removed and all damaged wood replaced. A new type of membrane was used along with the GAF shingles. After a very long day, when the team was ready to leave I have to give a loud shout out....The entire area was clean of all debris, nails etc. and as promised the dumbster was picked up the very next morning. So my rating of Fortified Roofing is 5+ stars for an amazing job at a very digestible price.

The team arrived on time as promised and got started right away and finished the project all in one day. After the install was finished the crew did a great job cleaning up. I also had an upstairs bathroom skylight replaced. No complaints on the install as it looks great. There did seem to be a miscommunication around the skylight as I believed it was going to be one that opened with blinds versus being a fixed non- opening one with no blinds that was installed (having no blinds was addressed as the wrong one was shipped). The only suggestion I would make, so there is no confusion in the future, is that the contract specifically state if the skylight model listed is one that opens or is a fixed non- opening model. Skylight mishap aside, the roof install was a 5 out of 5 as the crew did a great job.

Fortified Roofing is a well-managed, hands-on operation and we had an excellent experience working with their entire sales and office staff with scheduling the installation. On the morning of the installation 2 vans pulled up with installers. They introduced themselves and went right to work installing tarps from the roof/cutter line to cover our shrubs along the house. Our new roof was completed in one day and the crew did an excellent cleanup and made a final walk around our home and our neighbors’ properties making sure there was no debris left behind. It’s pretty remarkable that with all those workers and all the debris no one could even tell we had a new roof put on. The installation crew showed up on time at 8:00am Friday morning, 4/19/24, and worked 11hours straight under less than ideal weather conditions. However, the job was not completed. Because of adverse weather conditions on Saturday, they showed up (again on time) on Sunday, and worked an additional 7 hours, to complete the project. The crew, as well as the office staff, were very efficient, through, and professional. Also, the price was extremely competitive, and my wife and I felt we had received the best value for our hard earned money. Without hesitation, I would recommend Fortified Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof.

Nothing but professional from the first conversation to the job completion. Immediately upon contact i was sent their contractor license and certificate of insurance. We called Fortified Roofing after having an outrageous quote from one of those commercial salesman. One of our friends used Fortified Roofing and loved them. My apologies for forgetting his name but the man who came to give my husband the quote from Fortified Roofing was so nice and well educated. He gave us a very reasonable quote, thousands less than the other guy! He educated us on what we needed and how the other stuff was unnecessary. We purchased an entire new roof, the roofers came right on time and finished before the day was through. They did a beautiful job. Prior to the Roofing experience Debbie was a pleasure to work with. She was very friendly and well educated in her field. *It has been 3 months since we had our roof installed and we have not had any issues. The neighbors complimented the craftsmanship and color. Did an excellent job on my roof over 7 years ago. Recently had a small leak from some flashing and called the company. She told me my service warranty is only for 5 years but they would send someone out to check the leak. Came over and fixed the issue, and did not charge me. This is what great customer service is all about. It's refreshing to deal with a company that exemplifies integrity.

Fortified came highly recommended to us and now I am highly recommending them. They did a great job and their price was excellent. Their salesman Natan showed up several times to make sure everything was going well. Ahead of time he explained why our last roof only lasted 20 years. Highly recommend! I'm so glad I went with Fortified roofing for the roof installation on my home. We had 5 companies come out to do quotes and Fortified beat every single one of them line-by-line. Had my roof replaced on Jan 8 and 9th, still have a leak. I had an home inspection and the results are, Fortified Roofing did not do a good job. They did not replace wet wood, and through multiple emails, they still have not come back to correct their mistake. Just had a new roof installed by Fortified Roofing Co. of Farmingdale, NJ. Beautiful job!!! Workers were prompt, courteous, highly organized, and their roofing experience was very evident. Overall, fortified roofing did a great job replacing my roof. They were done in a quick and efficient manner. However, I can’t give them a 5 star review because they did not clean up after themselves in either of my attics. I opened up my attic to have shingles and debris fall on my head and get in my eyes. Both of my attics are a mess and now I need to clean them.

Fortified Roofing was the third and last quote we received for a new roof. Our experience was fantastic beginning with the initial contact. I messaged Fortified on Facebook asking to schedule a quote. Someone called me within 2 hours and set up a consultation within a week. Paul came to my home (socially-distanced appropriate), gathered all the information he needed for the quote, and then sat out front in his truck and wrote me up the quote! I had waited two to three weeks for a quote from both of the other companies, and Paul’s quote was literally thousands less than the competitors. The guys came for the job on time and worked at lightning speed. The roof looks perfect and during the job, Paul texted me to let me know I saved $2,000 because they didn’t need to replace all of the wood. Excellent company. They were recommended to me and I’ll be recommending them to everyone else!

Where I live we have lots of options for roofing companies as I have learned. All of them will start with a big number and make it difficult to negotiate down after a long drawn out sales pitch. Fortified was different. I was impressed with the sales team member since he educated me on the process, materials and then lead with a better number than all 5 other companies I spoke with. Requiring no drawn out back and forth to lock in on the right number. After we locked in the contract, schedule and date, they stuck to it and executed the plan with great precision. The dumpster delivery, rip off, material delivery, roof placement, skylight install, and clean up all occurred in one day and required no effort from me. After my first experience in 2019(that helped to sell that home) went so well, it was a no brainer to choose them again this year since we moved into a new home. And, they did the same thing again only better. The team was here early and had most of the work done by lunchtime. And the owner even showed up with a drone to examine the work at the end. Brian was great to deal with. Came out and let me know what he saw that was wrong with my old roof just from walking around the house. I had idea of the poor work that was done prior to me owning the home, and he just confirmed it all for me. Had 3 other quotes from other companies and none of them mentioned what Brian saw.
