During the tear-off, they uncovered 6 rotted boards hidden by old water damage, which they quickly and properly replaced. They didn't just slap new material on; they actually added a new ventilation feature to allow the attic to breathe properly, and installed premium GAF shingles that look fantastic. The whole experience with Fortified Roofing was professional and courteous. The initial appointment/inspection was comprehensive and straight forward. There were no gray areas in the contract. We received notice three days before the work started and when the dumpster would arrive, giving us a reasonable time to let the neighbors know about the work. The crew worked from early morning to early evening. The laid tarp on all the property debri would be expected, including areas of our neighbors' property that might possibly be affected. When they finished the clean up was thorough. Then removed all of the debri, raked the property, use the blowers to clean the sidewalk on the property and cleaned the back deck off.
